How to use the agent

Required data:

1.      A public URL with data in a JSON format (up to 1 GB). ( E.g., Use Cloud Object Storage, AWS S3 bucket to create a public URL for the data)

2.      A Privacy policy public URL

3.      Client name

 

Steps for using the agent to get valuation

a.      Add datavalue agent to your Watsonx Orchestrate Agent

1.      Create a new agent and add the DataValue agent as a collaborative agent

2.      Deploy this new agent so you can start to leverage it for multiple data valuations.

b.      Ingest your data for data valuation

Example:

1. Ingest data for data valuation with file path https://domain/clientname.json, client name ClientName, privacy policy URL https://clientname.com/privacy/

Once the data gets ingested to Datavault platform, you will get a job_id which you can use for checking the status of the job.

c.      Once the job is completed, you can ask the agent to provide data valuation for this Job ID.

d.      Check the status of the submitted job
Example : get the status for job id: 143ec7ee-b368-4249-8dc1-XXXXXXXXX

e.       Check the governance results for the same job id.
It gives overall average scores for all the data quality results.

f.          Get the data value for all the results for job id: 143ec7ee-b368-4249-8dc1-XXXXXXXXX
It gives the data value scores for all the fields in the dataset.

g.       Get the privacy analysis results for job id: 143ec7ee-b368-4249-8dc1-XXXXXXXXX
It gives the PII entities flagged for sharing restriction.

h.      Check the summary of the submitted job
Example: get the summary of job 143ec7ee-b368-4249-8dc1-XXXXXXXXX
This will give you the summary of data governance, privacy analysis and data value results.
